1. Age: Minimum 17 years old.
2. Education: Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
3. Height: Female: minimum 160 cm, Male: minimum 170 cm
4. Weight: Proportional to height.
5. Health: Physically and mentally healthy, not color blind.
6. Required Documents:
Copy of ID card (KTP) or other official identification
Copy of latest diploma
Two recent 4×6 cm photographs
Medical certificate from a doctor
